Important decisions for our group are taken at our monthly meetings and additional organising meetings. On a day-to-day basis, we have a number of Project groups to organise our work. The Project groups are open to everyone – if you want to get involved, send a mail to the named contact person.
The Outreach Project group is responsible for contact with other organisations (particularly in Berlin) with the aim of organising activities together, such as meetings or joint blocks on demos.
The Social media Project group is responsible for our presence on the Internet, facebook, Twitter etc.
The Culture Committee is responsible for organising cultural events, such as film shows, plays and music.
The Mobilization Project group is responsible for our presence at demos and other actions, and for the leaflets and banners that we bring.
The Publicity Project group is responsible for information that we give out. The first job is producing a leaflet about who the group is and what it does.
The Voting Rights for Non-Germans Project group is a new group working on the rights of non-Germans and migrants to vote in Germany, and what can be done to extend these rights.
The Italian Constition Project group is a temporaray group to organise a leaflet and public meetings calling for a No vote in the referendum on changes to the Italian constitution on 4 December 2016
The US elections Project group is a temporary group to organise the meetings, leaflets and position papers that we organise around the 2016 US elections. This group is no longer active.
