Easter week-end is coming up, and a much-needed long week-end for all of us.
But if you should get bored, here’s a reminder of a couple of things coming up:
- On Friday there’s the first meeting to decide what the content of our new website will look like. We’ll be talking about who can write original articles, and who can translate or commission things that they’ve read and should reach a wider audience. The meeting is at the Schwarzes Café, Kantstraße 148 in Charlottenburg. If you’re interested, please turn up. If you can’t make it but would like to be involved, send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
- On Friday and Saturday, AEGEE is organising a conference for young Europeans in Berlin at their offices in Sophienstraße 28/29. On Friday it starts at 10am and there’s a treasure hunt at 1pm.On Saturday they’ve asked us if we can help provide speakers to explain what’s going on in different European countries, particularly between 1pm and 3pm. If you can come and say something, please send us a mail saying which country you’re from. The full agenda is attached.
- On Saturday there’s also the annual Easter march organised by the anti-war movement. It starts at Rosa Luxemburg Platz at 1pm. Our good friend Nicolas Miquea will be playing at the final rally, also at Rosa Luxemburg Platz, at 3pm.
- And on Sunday we want to inform non-Germans about their voting rights (followed by karaoke). Meeting at the Amphitheatre in the Mauerpark at 3pm. Contact us for more details.
Hope to see you at some of these
